RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS:
Items purchased online are eligible for a refund if shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order.

After the 7-day refund window, online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit for an additional week.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached. Upon receipt, CURVE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.

They may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Lingerie, Swimwear, Jewelry, Candles/Fragrance and Beauty are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping for Online Orders:

To initiate an online return, please contact us at info@shopcurve.com with your order number. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

CURVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
